Photobucket is extremely unstable and about 75% of images hosted there I've seen show up as little "This image/movie has been moved/deleted --Photobucket" pics.

Its time to wise up and use Imageshack, so that people who show up late don't miss out on all the highly praised graphics you posted, but some time later got un-hosted...

Photobucket has been aye-oh-kay for me. Last night they had some maintenance and still no problems with hosting.

Also, this needs to be moved to Media Center, not Ship Submissions.

Industry Standard - Carme - 10-08-2008

My point was for it to be here, because If you'd look through the 2nd page of "ship submissions"
tell me how many of those ship names/ideas sound interesting to look at, and how many of them still have pictures in existence to view...

use tinypic, imageshack and photobucket both suck.

Industry Standard - Thexare - 10-08-2008

I've never had that problem, I can go back well over a year to my earliest uploads and they're still there...

Have you considered that maybe the person who uploaded it moved or deleted it?

such a coincidence cant possibly occur over 15 times.... >.>

Actually it can, think of many renders that modeler could go through or if that same account is also used for family pictures. There is only so much space and stuff sometimes needs to be deleted.

As for tinypic, I personally use that site but it and others like have a catch, by uploading to that site you grant free royalties (usage rights) to anyone who may see your image and choose to use a part or whole of it in thier work.

If its not sensitive tinypic is A-OK, if it is an intellectual work, seek somewhere else.

Maybe that's why I can't see your images. EDIT: I think it is. The tinypic banner on Benitez forums doesn't show, I realized my filter is blocking tinypic. I'll unblock it, hooray!

Anyway, I'd have to agree with Deisol on this one. I do see tons of "This image has been removed" tags from photobucket, and never once have I seen a Imageshack one.
