Subject: Formal Grievance Against LSF Cheyenne Mountain
Sir, I bring to you a matter of utter contempt on the part of your officer, LSF Cheyenne Mountain.
At approximately 0117 4.26.15, Ageira Transport PioneerXi was attacked on the Colorado side of the New York gate. The vessel, carrying Optroics Arrays for Tinkers Haven, defender herself and tractor beamed in the nanobots and batteries left over from the offending Lane Hacker Vessel.
After passing through the gate, and prior to entering the trade lane, the vessel was stopped for inspection by LSF Cheyenne Mountain and Navy-LSF-Due Process for a cargo inspection.
The vessel Ageira PioneerXi complied with all requests. While stopped, the LSF ship Cheyenne Mountain detected the presence of a Lane Hacker in the cargo hold. The LSF Cheyenne Mountain was advised that the Ageira PioneerXI was attacked on the other side of the jump gate, and requested to standby while the cargo bay was inspected. The presence of a Lane Hacker was confirmed and reported to the LSF Cheyenne Mountain. The vessel Ageira PioneerXi requested of the LSF Cheyenne Mountain, instructions as to the disposal of the Lane hacker.
The LSF Cheyenne Mountain responded in kind that the Ageria PioneerXi was suspected of being a Lane Hacker associate.
The LSF Cheyenne Mountain, without further regard or requests, then shot at the transport Ageira PioneerXi, while it was stationary. The vessel Ageira PioneerXi requested the LSF Cheyenne Mountain to desist shooting, but the LSF Cheyenne Mountain continued, and destroyed the Ageira PioneerXi.
After shooting down the vessel, the contents of the vessel were tractored in by the vessel, LSF Cheyenne Mountain.
The Ageria PioneerXi did not fire one shot while in compliance with the directions of LSF Cheyenne Mountain. The ferocity of the attack by LSF Cheyenne Mountain was so egregious, that the data transmitter and cockpit recorder were completely destroyed int he event, and no possibility of visual evidence could be salvaged.
The actions of LSF Cheyenne Mountain contravene the mission of the LSF which states that the LSF "is to ensure the safety and security of the parent house, Liberty....and operate in complete secrecy, ... to ensure the free flows of goods and people in and out of liberty." (Link])
The actions of LSF Cheyenne Moutain amount to nothing more than another "rogue" officer, acting independent of the LSF for their personal financial gain under color of authority. The failure of LSF Cheyenne Mountain to substantiate any prior knowledge, the failure to direct the vessel to the nearest port, the failure to request the transfer of the one Lane Hacker to their vessel, shows a complete disregard for the principles of commerce in Liberty, and no regard for the structure and discipline of the LSF.
This is not an encounter with a foreign vessel, this is an exchange with a responsive Liberty vessel, blown clear out of the skies by a trigger happy LSF officer, acting independently and without regard for the laws of the sector.
Accordingly, I respectfully request that the officer be immediately dismissed from the ranks of the LSF, that the amount of $12000000 SC be made available by moiety to the vessel PioneerXi, for damages suffered, and that the Tinkers Haven base been credited with 3999 Optronics Array, which were unlawfully seized by the LSF Cheyenne Mountain, then later sold, after unlawfully destroying the vessel PioneerXi.
