To Samura Industries, Kishiro Technologies - From: Kusari Naval Forces - Kusari Uchugun - 04-26-2015 ![]() ![]() Kusari Naval Forces, Central Command HQ Vice Admiral Nishiyama Kenzo Konnichiwa, representatives of the Kusari keiretsu. I am Vice Admiral Nishiyama Kenzo, of the Kusari Naval Forces Central Fleet, and I've come to you today to pass to you an important request. I know you are used to deal with the Naval Forces through the civilian channels, but we believe this action required a more direct approach between the Naval Forces and their suppliers. KNF Admiralty has recently approved our project of reactivating the factory lines we have on board the Experimental Module Yokosuka, located on the Kansai Research Complex. The funds have been allocated, and soon the need for the materials to be shipped to the location will begin. Our production plant is set up to assemble the required hangars for fighter and bomber craft tender and carrier roles, which are currently fulfilled by our Tokugawa class Battleships and other auxiliary vessels. In our efforts to speed up the process of modernization of our vessels, we have come directly to the Keiretsu to request their support. Of course the standard financial compensation is included, but we thought that we might provide an extra "performance bonus". We propose to build the docking modules in sets of two. One will be delivered to our arsenal, and refitted into our vessels. The other one however, will be given as a prize for the corporation that demonstrated the best performance in their production. We know that Samura and Kishiro are always looking for promising contracts, and this will be a great way to show their competitiveness. The prized module will be used in any way the winner chooses to. Selling, fitting into your liners, further research. Performance will be evaluated on the amount of materials delivered and reported on a specific channel. KNF vessels will be operating on the supplying too, to ensure no outstanding delays. We will require a minimum of 10000 units to be delivered for each module for the corporation to be eligible for the reward. We hope to hear your replies soon, citizens. Your contract sounds tempting and challenging. I'll put transports into this project right now and they will start hauling in the materials very soon. Those modules will be completed in no time and your battleships will be ready to deploy. As for the performance bonus in form of an extra docking module and it's usage I will leave that decision to Samura Board of Directors. But from what I hear there is a project we are having which needs just that part of equipment. The minimum amount of units will be met and will also be followed by much more cargo loads of materials. All deliveries will be reported here. Until my next transmission... We appreciate your fast response. it appears we can still count on Samura to support our House and its forces whenever needed. A proper channel will be arranged for the management of the deliveries and the results of the factory output. Please refer to it for the delivery of the shipping manifests. ----------- We are still awaiting for a reply from the Kishiro Technologies regarding their interest in our project. I appreciate you giving us the opportunity to aid our great Republic's military and it is an honor to assist. We of course accept the contract and will have the supplies delivered to the complex at top priority. You will hear from us again soon enough. Sincerely Hiroto Yukimura, CEO of Kishiro Technologies ![]() RE: To Samura Industries, Kishiro Technologies - From: Kusari Naval Forces - Kusari Uchugun - 04-28-2015 ![]() ![]() Kusari Naval Forces, Central Command HQ Vice Admiral Nishiyama Kenzo Konnichiwa Hiroto Yukimura. It is good to see that Kishiro still keeps its commitments to the wellbeing of Kusari. A proper channel has been prepared for the deliveries of the shipping manifests. Samura has a day of advantage above you, so I suggest you get to planning some way to make a comeback. We look forward to your performance, gentlemen. This is Vice Admiral Nishiyama Kenzo. As you may know from our previous communications, the production facilities of the Experimental Module Yokosuka are a important component of the Kansai Research Station complex, one that your companies have played a good role in maintaining and developing out for the benefit of the Kusari Naval Forces and the security of Kusari. I come to you once again with a similar request as those in the past. The Yokosuka is in need of some renovations and modernization of some of it's equipment. The KNF is requesting a shipment of 20.000 Quantum Arrays and 10.000 Bio Neural Arrays, to be completed at the earliest convenience. I would like to hear from both keiretsu your offers in terms of prices and timetables. Hopefully we can get this done in a fast and mutually beneficial way. Nishiyama Kenzo out. ![]() RE: To Samura Industries, Kishiro Technologies - From: Kusari Naval Forces - Yaoquizque - 01-15-2016 ![]() Vice Admiral Nishiyama, Kishiro Technologies Keiretsu is always pleased to respond to Naval Forces needs. Our logistic fleet managers received the directive to transport the requested amount of Bio Neural Arrays to Experimental Module Yokosuka. As I am sending this transmission, the delivery should already have been made. As for the requested Quantum Arrays, you certainly know such goods are mainly manufactured by Samura. While their logistic fleet is known for its unacceptable delivery delays and excessive service fees, I am confident Naval Forces Admiralty will find an advantageous compromise with Samura. In the unlikely event such a deal could not be made within acceptable delays, Kishiro will be pleased to offer its logistic fleet to transport said goods without charge. Lastly, as it appears Yokosuka supplying has been quite unreliable those past months, Kishiro gracefully shipped over 100.000 metric tons of Reinforced alloys to the experimental module. This will certainly allow Naval Forces logistic fleet to concentrate on supplying Naval Forces assets. Given those two services gracefully offered, Kishiro Technologies is confident Naval Forces Admiralty will give the precedence to the Keiretsu for future supplying and assets construction contracts. Respectfully, Matsushita Gihei, Military assigned liaison. |
