As some sections of the Kusari Legal Codex impose restrictions that might be a burden to legitimate operations, the Republic of Kusari has set up a Directory to handle permits that exempt individuals from continuously seeking the approval of the law enforcement agencies for their benign activities.

Special Vessel Permit: Capital Ships
Allowed:

Interstellar_Ambition

Vessels considered to be of Capital Class [war vessels above gunboat class] require a permit for free passage through Kusari territory.

Requirements:
- Not belonging to any organizations outlawed by the Republic of Kusari [see codex for more info]
- Not belonging to any foreign house Military, Police, or Intelligence organization.
- Receive approval by one of the Law Enforcement Agencies of Kusari [KNF, KSP]
- Pay a fee of 25M credits to a designated account per ship permit.

-Special Exception: Rheinland Kusari Treaty (Valid for vessels under battleship class, for Honshu system)

All licenses have valid for a period of 3 months. Licenses are renewable free of charge, if the licensed party applies for renewal before expiration date.

Special Operations Permit: Jump Drive Operations

Organizations which wish to perform Jump Drive Operations within Kusari must possess this permit for operations under Section 9 of the Kusari Codex.
[This Permit does not authorize the possession or use of Hyperspace scanners or other equipment that collects data for Jump Drive operations. See section 3-1-1 of the Kusari Codex]

Requirements:
- Strictly Follow the regulations presented on Section 9 - The Service , of the Kusari Legal Codex.
- Have the lead Jump Ship registered under the appropriate Special Vessel Permit for traveling within Kusari
- Receive approval by one of the Law Enforcement Agencies of Kusari [KNF, KSP]
- Pay a fee of 60M credits to a designated account per ship permit. (Law 9-3-4)

The Jump Drive Operations permit can be requested at the same time of the registry of the lead jump ship into the License Directory.
All licenses have valid for a period of 3 months. Licenses are renewable free of charge, if the licensed party applies for renewal before expiration date.
