I am Aspirant Mark Phillip Venturer, member of the Council forces.
During my travels in the far Taus and beyond, and during my visites to Tolouse, I have heared rumours about a group of Kusari exiles active that look forward, not back.
I pilot a Courier class vessle , passing the gallic royalist lines frequently and evading both republican forces and Outcasts to freely travel in Gallia, the Taus, the closer Omicrons and Sigmas, Liberty and Bretonnia.
I am offering my services to the friends and allies of the gallic Council as a frontline supplier, messenger and trader as this is what I do best. Simply because I believe that everything you do is worth being done to the best of your abilities.
Nothing more expected, nothing less accepted.
I have fitted powerfull long range communication on my vessle and added the best available decoding I could get, to await your reply if you are interested.

It's fortunate that we are contacted by a Council transporter as we hastily need resources. The repairs on Battleship Yamaguchi are stretching beyond imagination and we would like to get her back on her feet, so to speak. Additionally, I'd imagine that Council would be glad to get that burden off their shoulders.
We currently require 15'000 ship hull panels to be delivered to Battleship Yamaguchi. If you can bring us more than 2 500, Zenith will reward you with 600 credits a piece for every unit, on top of what the quartermaster pays you. Please attach the cargo manifests on this channel if, of course, you're interested.

No easy delivery, the stuff is bulky and only sell point is in Kusari at Planet Kyushu.
So far I have not found any other place to pick up the highly specialized Ship Hull segments you require, except you will also accept those Hull segments usually fitted to space stations and other stationary installations ?
Or would perhaps an amount of ablative armour plating interest you ? That would be available from Baltimore shipjard in Liberty, and the Council engineers have had good results using it on our facilities at Charlon-en-Champagne. And if you want to experiment : Ultraalloy from gallic sources would be available too.
If you decide to keep using the Ship Hull segments I can not dock at Planey Kyushu myself, but I think I know a solution.
You know about that Freelance traders union called Tinker & Transport ?
They are setting up shop in Baffin, with the TAZ Administration of the Brunswyck shrine.
I can arrange for them to get the Hull segment5s you required to be delivered either directly to the Yamaguchi or to get such supplies stocked at the Shrine for pickup.
Oh, and I can deliver energy field equipment or engine components too, no problems there. Perhaps some advanced Optronics or Optic chips for calibration of your weapon systems ? Same problems as with the Ship hull segments, but manageable with the indirect workaround over Baffin.
Just tell me what you´d prefer and I will get it done, all done in a few weeks work for an ally.

Excuse my oversight, I completely forgot that Ship Hull Panels are inaccessible for the Council. Zenith will reach out to the traders union you mentioned, the Tinker and Transport, perhaps they will be able to deliver what is necessary. However, as you seem to be an associate of theirs, we trust that you can set some gears in motion so as to get them access to Roussillon. At the same time I'm afraid to tell you that Ablative Armor Plating is not going to be the type of armor we need for our projects.
However there is one thing you could assist us with delivering. The Hogosha seem to have a large amount of Optronics ready to be shipped to anyone needing them at Kabukicho Depot in New Tokyo. If youi're willing to venture into Kusari teritorry and bring us more than 5000 units, we will reward you with $1000 credits per unit, on top of what the quartermaster pays you.

No worries, I have arranged something that helps both of us.
Tinkers is stocking in Ship Hull Segments at the Shrine in Baffin, it seems they have a very good contact to the quatermaster there. No problem with picking them up there, and we might even need a load or two of them ourselves at Perpignan.
I will start shutteling the supplies from Baffin to the Yamaguchi later on today and am just on my way to New Tokyo to pick up your ordered Optronics.
All cargo manifests will be sent to you after clearing them with the quatermaster of the Yamaguchi.

I had a disturbing encounter near the jump hole between Baffin and Rousillion.
The ship seemed a civilian Roc, but the scans where difficult to obtain. I will pass them on to you and Council high command for analysis and will be happy if somebody can explain me who - or what - I met.
