Regarding : Recent law violation

While on patrol recently I came across one of your ships with what at first glance appeared to be members of the Liberty Navy and Liberty Police in his cargobay. When encountering this individual he was ordered to stop but then refused and fled the scene. After contacting the relevant agencies regarding these pilots it appears that they were either not reported missing or were not actually members of the Navy or Police. The issue here then comes with his refusal to stop when demanded to do so which is a violation of Liberty Law Section one subsection four.

"Fleeing from an officer when stopped.
This is defined as fleeing any officer when he or she is attempting to question you. If an officer stops you using a cruise disruptor, that is an expression of his or her will to stop you. Ignoring this is a crime."

For this crime a member of AFC is required to pay a fine of 35 million credits to =LSF=Ellesmere.Elite. While this fine may seem harsh I would recommend your group to not underestimate the value that Liberty places on the lives of its citizens and on the Forces of Liberty. You have 48 hours to pay this fine before harsher measures are pursued.

While I would support your case and gladly send over the cash to do with the fine... the evidence that you are showing me does not display what you are charging the AFC member for.
The evidence shows one of my men flying an AFC marked Minstral which appears to be stationary, a rogue ship that appears not to be stationary, and the cargo hold of the AFC. As you say the pilots are non of your concern then I will move on from this.

Mister Agent Veto, as you are representing the =LSF= in this case I would kindly ask to see the following evidence please:

1. Evidence of your/"the person that shot this evidence" position in office. From this evidence you have given me it is not clear as to who made this evidence at all! I actually do no see any ship there to begin with and it appears to be cloaked. There is no name or anything attached to the cloaked ship.

2. Evidence of "the person that shot this evidence" to say to my AFC individual in the evidence to stop.

3. Evidence of "the person that shot this evidence" to attempt to question the AFC individual in the evidence.

As I understand from your quote from the law:

You define this law saying the "officer" (which I don't know if it is even an officer at this point) can deem this a crime when there is an attempt to question. I also do not see any CDs fired to show proof of this expression you quoted here.

4. Evidence of the AFC individual in the evidence running away from "the person that shot this evidence".
This is the most important one since I see a rogue here that is not stopped by the AFC does seem to be stopped.

5. Evidence of the time in which this took place.
I do hope there is that... since that ship has been in the warehouse a while now.... 2 weeks in fact from what I can gather so far from my knowledge. So is not at all as you deem... "recent". Please note i am only acknowledging that this ship had been used at the time that I specified.

Anyway I do hope there is the basic evidence for this to stand by this high fine of 35 million credits.
For 1 single piece of what you called evidence... that is indeed a very high fine.

I await your reply and hopefully you will not ignore this longer than the 48 hour limit that you so graciously placed.

There is a second image that should answer your questions. If you have any issues operating the neural net and are still unable to find the image a Librarian at the Manhatten Public Library should be able to help you located at 420 Halloway Drive in the Yorkville district. Due to the requested evidence already being presented no additional time will be granted for the payment of this fine.
