Theodor.von.Klaussen has been sanctioned for:

OOC communication in group or private chat between players will cease if one player requests it. Admins are free to communicate with any player at any time.
Consequences: From what I can tell, you (on your [RM] ship), demanded a six million credit fine from a player who managed to trick his way out of the payment. You logged your Freelancer char and made the same demand, this time claiming it was a bounty that didn't exist...yet. After receiving the payment, you immediately posted the bounty from your forum account, posting again to allow yourself to claim it.
First, you can not pay yourself to claim a bounty. Second, the fact that the bounty wasn't even posted before you claimed it, means your Freelancer committed an ID violation. Third, your Freelancer char should not have known about the encounter between your [RM] and the other player. That is metagaming, using knowledge your char could not have known for an advantage. I would pass this off as you being new, but you knew enough to try to cover your tracks with that bounty post. I'm stripping credits and guns/equipment from off of a couple ships of yours. Oh, by the way, there was way too much out of roleplay chat between the both of you. Keep it in private chat from now on.

Apparently the Junkers that robbed your ship, didnt rob it well enough to make you a sad person that figured out that he did something wrong. Thats the reason they came back and just took pretty much everything you had on that ship.
Be happy, they left you a nearly brand new ship hull.

The previous message was in error, the Junkers rubbed your ship not robbed, made it nice and shiny but wore the plating out. It is now in the Bastille repair shops getting replated.
