This is Wolfram Kruppstahl. I'm Kadett of zhe Rheinland Federal Polizei.
We've recently met each other near Bonn Station, New Berlin system. As I already mentioned during our encounter, there is a fine that needs to be paid by you.
You have been caught commanding a "Nephilim" Zoner Mobile Colony Ship in Rheinland space. New Berlin system to be exactly.

You've violated the following laws:

The Rheinland Laws - Article four Wrote:§1. All Battleship, Carrier and Cruiser class vessels that don’t belong to Rheinland law enforcement are banned from Rheinland space, unless permitted by an Admiral or diplomatic agreement.

The Rheinland Laws - Article four Wrote:§2. Violators of §1. may be fined up to 15.000.000 SC fine for Cruiser class vessels and up to 30.000.000 SC fine for Carrier and Battleship class vessels and are to be escorted out of Rheinland space by shortest way. Ships which won´t comply may be destroyed.

You have to pay 30.000.000 Sirius Credits to RFP|Arsenal within 72 hours. Refusing to do so results in bad consequences.
