Found this while surfing the web recently, it's from Star Citizen.

1)I like the current ship ;-)

2)looks similar, but different enough not to count as an import or give the server any copyright problems

3)if you look around you will be hard pressed not to find enough space ship builds that are simmilar. Copycat is bad style, but common enough. copyright is no joke, but that seems different enough to my eyes not to cause issues. But im a layman in that

4) popcorn ?

I mean it has four engines in a similar layout, that's about it.

These days, it's hard to model ships which are not at least remotely similar to something already existing.

The current firefly model in by itself is generic as hell.

Lots of games have similar ships.

Halo's Pelican. [Image: H3_-_D77H-TCI.png]

XCOM Enemy Unknown's Dropship.

Dropship from Aliens has it too.

^ what did i say about imports and shapes being generic, you can't always be "unique" and original - it's always gonna resemble something

Only that, the Model of the current Firefly has been done WAY BEFORE that Star Citizen ship. ))
