Ash_Fontaine has been sanctioned for:

Consequences:
It's always cheaper to pay the pirate. Please remember that. It's never ok to disconnect because you don't want to deal with the pirate. You did not have anywhere near the amount to pay the normal fine for this even with all your ships, so the little cash you had is gone.

Hello, this is indeed myself.
However, the person who so reported me may not have told you everything as it was.
If I may, This so called person, not stating hes identity, nothing like that, to me he was just a trader, like myself.
suddenly he decided to rob me, the thing is, ive only been on this game for 2 days now, when he demanded i give him 5 million credits, I replied by asking, if this was a standard demand or if this was over-asking from hes part... hes responses was to shoot at me. no questions asked. no answers given. he just started shooting at me.
When I asked him to stop and that i would give him what he asked for. he kept shooting. for a good 5 minutes i kept telling him to stop and that i would pay him. he almost killed me. all for asking him that one question.
When i reach 2% HP thats when i disconnected. I was going to die !
So please tell me, was this guy right in what he did.
Since this happened to me. Ive been watching tutorials on pirating, I even followed one on making my own pirate character.
No way that this guy, was right in what he did.
If i get sanctioned for disconnecting. i demand he gets sanctioned for not pirating the right way.
I'm pretty sure this guy had no pirate ID either. (at the time he robbed me i had no knowledge of pirate IDs, i learned about it in the tutorial).
And its Pirating not killing. so if I had not disconnected, he would have killed me without the proper ID AND also it was no self defense.
He started shooting without notice, Please sanction this guy.
