'sup, guys. Don't know if I'm taking the right frequency here.
I'll cut to the point. I was flying my usual way from the Omegas back home, as I met a guy called Noah_Cunningham flying around New Berlin. Scanned his tub, since he ignored me, and noticed the ammo he carried was not marked or anything. After I notified him, he just replied with 'buzz off, hunter', so I figured he'd be a smuggler.
As for rewards... there's no need for a financial gift, just throw me and my family on your bounty board registration, ID and IFF are those of normal bunters. You know the drill *giggles*

Regarding bounty board, unfortunately I must inform you that polizei bounty board is closed for some time and as far as I know there are no plans to open it in near future.
