No. Just no. I've been noticing this precious station of yours for awhile now as I've been flying around and I figured hey, MAYBE these guys might be reasonable. MAYBE they might realize that they've parked their lovely piece of real estate right on my front porch. No. I haven't heard a peep whistle or even a hello from you idiots at all since you set this thing up and that's something we're going to change in a hurry. This is our home, our turf and you will pay us the respect that we deserve.
So here's what's going to happen. You're going to start sending 20 million credits to LR-Bank.Of.Dank on the first day of every month. Oh and it looks like you're already a month late, so you're going to need to send the cash for this month in the next 48 hours. If for some reason you think you're safe or that I wont come down there and drag the crew back to Buffalo with collars around their necks and leave a burning pile of scrap for a station, take a look at this. This is a major Liberty corporation. They know who to pay their respects to and I suggest you do the same if you expect to get anywhere in life.

I regret to inform you that the current owner of the base is unable to respond to your message, as his health conditions doesn't allow him to do so. So, it will be me, to see into these matters. (Given the fact that I know little to nothing about the base, it won't be an easy task.)
As soon as the owner's condition gets better, I'll forward him this communications channel. To make things easier for both of us, I've sent the currently owed fee, and the one for next month.
