To all persons in New Berlin,
We have noticed that many today have begun smuggling Nomad lifeforms into New Berlin. To do this requires you hold a license - smuggling Nomads without a license is a grave offence.
Until the smuggling has been contained in New Berlin, both from Sigma 13 and the new Nomad operation, all ships will be freely scanned and searched should the need arise.
