Evenin', guys. Been a long time since we last did business; honestly, I doubt whoever gets this will even know me. My kid Evan's looking to expand our company, Azure Line Shipping, to slightly more grey enterprises if you catch my meaning. You all could help out quite a bit with that.

We request the following:
1. Use of Collector fighters and CSV and Turanic Raiders freighters. You make great ships, even if they are ugly as sin.
2. Permission to bring Zoner Gunboats to your depots for business purposes. Weapons will be powered down within 5K of your base.

Not free, of course.
1. All sales of contraband, such as alien artifacts and synthetic marijuana, will go through a Junker station. We're less likely to be caught, and you get some of the profits.
2. If requested and we're in the vicinity, we will help to enforce the no-fire zone and other rules around your bases.

Course, there's still room for discussion here. You don't get anywhere in business without bein' willing to change. Not really sure what you all would want short of extra money, though...

RECIPIENT: Nathan Black, Azure Line Shipping
SUBJECT: Purchase, use of CSV-2 vessels

Salutations;

Our shipwrights appreciate your interest in the purchase of our vessels. The Collector is a marvel of engineering, being a sound salvage and cargo vessel with combat capacities that rival state-of-the-art streamlined war fighters.

Due to past trade relations with Azure Line Shipping, we authorize the ALS to purchase their required number of these ships. However, several conditions apply:

Registration

- The design of the CSV-2 is a guarded secret. Callsigns and registrations must be provided to the Congress for the sake of record keeping.
Proper Use
- Do not use these ships to cause harm to Junkers. These are the pinnacle of Junker engineering, and as such they are the pride of our shipyards. Use of these ships to cause injury to those that built it will result in the realization that those that created the Collector also know the most efficient means of destroying it.
Design Secrecy
- Do not let the CSV-2 fall into the hands of parties with interests contrary to the Junkers. There are failsafe countermeasures in place inside the ship that render reverse-engineering extremely difficult and dangerous. Attempts to disassemble certain modules without qualified Junker technicians present can and will result in plasma field containment failure.

You will pardon the delay in the authorization of this purchase. You have my blessing, and my assurance that the Collector is an engineering masterpiece.

- Chief Arbiter Bishop

I see my father contacted you about those Collectors. Those terms are not a problem; I have this strange habit of not shooting at people I do business with. Our first one will be registered as ALS)Harmless.Freighter - its pilot has an odd sense of humor.

I'll update you privately with any future Collector purchases.

Hello again, this is Evan Black. We've been happy with the Harmless Freighter's service to us, and we heard that you made some new cargo ships that can fight.

Now, I'm not talking about the Recycler, that'd be a little too suspicious. And your salvagers are great ships for what they're made to do - but that's not what we do, so they're pretty pointless for us, and I doubt you'd part with them anyway.

I'm interested in the Combat Service Freighter. Like the Collector, it serves our needs as a heavily-guarded ship that can move enough cargo from place to place. If the terms are similar to those surrounding our Collector purchases, I won't have any objections.

On a related note, because I want the Collector to become our primary escort craft, I'm going to give you access to most parts of our employee roster - pilot names, ship IDs, and ship types. This should make recordkeeping easier for both of us. Here is a link to the file. You won't see much, security reasons and all that, but it'll keep you up-to-date on all our ships.

There is one last issue I have forgotten to address. The Collector that Drake brought with him when we hired him had Barrager Photon Cannons mounted, and we have not gotten around to replacing them - because we haven't had reason to even use them. But, our typical Flashpoint lasers have been shipped out to more bases; if the Barragers are an issue, we can immediately replace them and return them to a Junker depot.

Subject: Opening of formal talks for a Consortium/Junker Congress strategic alliance

Good Day, Mister Bishop.

Please Allow me to Introduce myself; I am known as Ironwatsas. Overwatch-Industralist Prime of the Transhuman arm of the Consortium Legion.

I have requested your attention to speak of a possible alliance between my own organisation and the Junker Congress. Given the fact that the Congress has been kind enough to supply our benefactors, the Golden Chrysanthemums for quite some time, I would think that an agreement between our two factions would be a benefit to your buisness and our... -efforts- ...in Kusari.

Given the fact that the Kusari empire and it's subordinates, specifically those referred to as >Hogosha< are not quite as respectful of your 'buisness enterprise' as our own affiliates, I would think that our beneficial restructuring of Kusari would open up numerous buisness oppurtunities for the Congress. As well, the Consortium would benefit from potential use of the significant infrastructure that the Junker Nation has in place throughout Sirius. While we have no intention of directly dragging you into any open conflict, or basing ourselves out of your facilities, we will need large amounts of raw materials, military hardware, space vehicles, and the odd bool of 'expendable personell' for our own uses.

Clearly, this should best stay out of view of the powers-that-be in certian areas like Kusari, Liberty, and Rhineland. Though, we only have a few enemies outside of Kusari that pose us any -real- trouble.

However, I would very much like to meet in person to discuss the finer points of such an agreement. I would personally suggest Yanagi depot as the sight of any meetings between our two fine organisations.

I hope to soon hear your reply, Mister Bishop.

Sincerely, Ironwatsas~

Hola Amigos,

I hope this message find you in good health & good profits.
It has been sometime since we last spoke, in that time the Shadow Outcast Brigade has merged with & oversees the Blue Lotus Syndicate. With the help of the former leaders, who we retained, BLS is once again back up & going. The Cardi fields are healthier than ever before & we are making arrangements to move the finished goods to distribution points through out Sirius. This is where we would now ask for your permission on one of our routes.
This route will have us traveling through your guard system known as Puerto Rico. We would be delivering scrap metal to your Culebra Smelter, & purchasing slaves from Arecibo.
The rest of the details on this profitable route we are willing to share in a more secured link.
As we have often assisted your ships & have in the past defended your base in Sigma 13, you can rest assure we will obey any laws & policies you may have in effect in the system mentioned.
BLS may also have escorts from the Shadow Outcast Brigade Escort Wing with them for protection. I assure you they will also follow any conditions set forth & as always, aid you when & if needed.
We shall await a reply on this secured link for your response.

In hopes of a continued profitable alliance,

Respectively,
Col. Diablo

Salutations, Mr. Black.

You will pardon again my tardiness on this matter. So much has transpired lately that it's difficult to stay up on things. I'm willing to broker a larger-scale deal for the ALS, but there is a caveat involved. Fly enough Junker ships and you will be known as Junker affiliates, for better or worse. This may make matters... uncomfortable in certain houses.

Keep this in mind. Unless you fall directly into the Junker lifestyle and become a member of our brotherhood, you'll suffer all the animosity and prejudice we do without reaping the benefits of our vast and numerous society.

That said, with this manifest and the previous guideline, we will be happy to charter more ships for the company. Our weaponry as well, if you prefer it over the civilian lines, purchase more. We keep a surplus, and it keeps our techs occupied.

Salutations, Colonel Diablo;

The tone of a recent communique should do little to alarm you or the SOB/BLS Trading Arm. We know your ships well and will make the exception. You take the dissident Xenos and informants off our hands, and in turn supply us with the metals we build our empire upon, and the cardamine we trade in for our own profit and to placate those LPI officers on our payrolls. It also keeps those bored and trigger-happy Rogues at that backwater Fortaleza in line.

If Congress vessels are present, announce your intent to enter and exchange goods. If not, by all means proceed. Mind the Harvesters, I've received signals that they've encountered an avenue to secure biomass and will be using Puerto Rico for their own purposes. They've been instructed to follow Junker directives rather than Harvester directives for this task if they do arrive, but the Harvesters have always had their own agenda.

If anyone gives you trouble, uplink a comm with details to me. I'll straighten it out.

- Bishop
