I'm sending this message from a big distance to report you a lucky conversation with a freelancer.
I landed in Freeport to take a little time here with a good friend. In Bar room from a neighbor table I heard some interesting conversation about "something big civilan carrier".  I'd join the talks. I could not believe my ears. The carrier vessel captain talked me about this ship. This is a Civilian light Carrier "Bustard" a mobile retreat point intended for snubcraft operating away from friendly installations. This ship maintaining a military carrier requires, combat capatibilities of warship:
8 gun/turret, with 700.000 base armor, 7000000 power output. 3 cargo bay and 2 heavy cargo bay.
This is a practical choice of carrier for us. A heavy security and escort carrier, a possible mobile Gateway hard point because our trading routes hug all corners of Sirius with million dangerous situation. We can be able to defend all our trading interests. The birds chirped Bowex have a building operation mission they want to build own Carrier. 
All of them unknowingly I decided to stay a little time here. I wanted to take an offer for this carrier. And WOW, my mouth dropped open, it is cost over 500.000.000 Million Sirius Credit. But it is not a problem for me. *boastful grin on his face* I'm a Gateway member for a long time ago and since then, the money it's not problem, I falled in love in this Carrier look like amazing and the owner of this ship is convinceble.
I have the cash in bag, I have the contact for the deal. The question is:
We are starting to build this ship or we are able to expose on the table the hard cash for the Carrier?

Hello Captain Shepard!

An interesting development, indeed, if such mobile platforms are going to be available for "civilian" use.

I would definitely be interested in getting our hands on one. It would certainly make our operations in the Taus and Omegas better defended. But one thing we need is a shipyard willing to help us construct it. I'll see about contacting our IMG friends over at Aland and see if they can give us a hand.

I will also see about diverting some funds from our R&D budget towards this new Carrier project as well.

I can report with great pleasure the negotiations have been successfully concluded. The Carrier "Bustard" is ours. The final price which it agreed is 400.000.000 Million Sirius Credit. The price was lowered because in inspection of the final I found a couple weaknesses.
We towed away the carrier to Oceana Shipping Platform where officialy we introduced in the register:

The ship needs some repairs and modernizations. Firstly we need some extra Hull Segments to reinforce the hull. Furthermore there is need to change the scanner system and more minor changing to achieve the desired performance.
In Ocena we could fix the five docking bays with launch stations. The ship can carry fighters/bombers.
For the previously mentioned changes I appeal to you because there it is necessary a shipyard to finish the last fixes before the Carrier will begin his work. I recommend for it the IMG base, Aland Shipyard. The Miner friends are professional and I trust in their abilities. It would be good to have permission for all the necessary work.
Finally the ex. owner of this ship Guy Martin is looking for a new job. I offered him a place in our company, actually will be needed a second hand who knows this carrier abilities and he is the perfect person. If you give permission he will submit his application in recruitment office.

Captain Shephard, it's Stuart. I suppose it's best not ask where a transport captain gets his hands on an extra 400 million credits, but, as you say, business has obviously been good to you (and Gateway as well).

I got ahold of Henderson over at IMG, and we have clearance to bring the GSV-Blackwing to Aland Shipyard and refit her there. I'm putting you in charge of putting together the security and escort detail to get her there in one piece. Don't let those ExSec buggers get the jump on you getting her there. An investment like this we want to take extra care with.

Be sure to grab some Gin and Luxury Food as a gift on your way there. IMG are being generous with us on this, and I would like to do the same.

The answer is very simple, Sir. In the past when the LTS crew had shined as a crazy diamond, the only problem for us was to save the money somewhere. Joining to Gateway was a great business for my founds. A flourishing investment with great wealth.

We arrived at Aland Shipyard from Oceana Shipping Platform. There was no danger during travel.

The ship successfully completed the first docking. The docking bays and and launching pads are working perfectly and at the same time I want to talk you about one other investment which has successfully came to an end.
I hereby inaugurate our main Carrier shipping vessel GSV-Blackwing and his squadron named "Blackwing Squadron": GSE-Pioneer, GSE-Inferno, GSE-Sniper, GSE-Raven and GSE-Hornet are ready any time for our security and escort missions.Until the fixes will be completed the squadron is parked in Aland to offer the maximum secure.
