The Rules Wrote:4.1 All attacks in Connecticut must be preceded by an agreement to such by all parties that will be involved in the combat.
Consequences: You can't just shoot people in Connecticut without their consent. Your guns and credits and equipment have been removed.

So for fooling around, because this "sanctioner" thought it was not nice (Notice how the Geb guy is like "no need"), got us all spaked so harshly? Riiiight, whatever. )) Kudos to the mole from me. I hope he (or she, not that i care of the gender of said person) feels great about it.
