What good fortune that I have been able to get a hold of you at this late hour!
I was recently informed of some upcoming contract work for the Crown's operations in Omega-3, and I understand you to be in need of some supply services.
It is my great pleasure to tell you that Gateway Shipping is more than able and happy to take on such work to support Her Majesty's Kingdom. My sources tell me you will be needing the following items delivered to Planet Sprague:
50k Optronics
30k HazMat Canisters
30k Mining Machinery
25k Nuclear Devices
I would be more than willing to grant the government a discounted price for delivery of these items for...let's say....15% less than what Bowex is offering. Not to mention, we should have an easier time getting some of these materials out of Kusari, as Gateway has enjoyed much more freedom and experience trading there in recent decades.

Gateway's enthusiasm for the project is greatly appreciated, though I must admit I did not realize that you'd been informed of the new facilities. However you are quite right in that Gateway should have a much easier time in obtaining those particular supplies, and we do wish for this project to continue with minimum delay. Ah, no doubt why Gateway was contacted in the first place? I've been going over the estimates for the proposal and 15% discount will make me far more comfortable with the expenditure for this project. I accept your proposal and award you the contract for the materials mentioned, I expect them delivered promptly to the BMM construction crew on Planet Sprague.
