An interesting question here....
When you say 'video game character', do you also mean playable characters you make for MMO's, like WoW, Guild Wars/2 ect?
'Cause I'm really liking Tanith, my Ranger right now.
Otherwise, Master Chief and Cortana from the Halo series.

Jak and Daxter.
With more Daxter, because his jokes, comments and face expressions always make me cracking up a loud laughter when replaying series on PS2.
And why Jak? He's a damn hero with dark powers (since the very same dark powers turned Daxter into fluffyball he is).
Since Jak 2, Jak became so harsh I was all like "what?"
