This time your member made demands to one of my men, acted in the protection of the obnoxious cartel named DSE and he quite interestingly informed us that the Congress harbors and employs DSE members.

Weve had a huge ...leadership breakdown. long story short I'm in charge now and i hadn't planned on it especially since i did that commercial.
So before you ask and you information dealers suspect anything i'm going to tell you right now i'm going to be upfront with you. In the most annoying ways possible because frankly you're the ones with brains, and i have to respect that.
Even when our guys act like they don't have one.. being a congressman requires a great deal of situational and perceptual awareness. This is usually what i look for when i bring one into the fold. it isnt 100% about being two faced. No its about assigning the right priorities.
Vuk mistakenly took that situation personally like he was being attacked. Saltese has not been doing well so the new guys want to do what they can to save it. It used to be we had a closer understanding with who we invited there... they would gamble and we'd borrow their rigs to mine the field and fill the station.
Time goes on.. our arbiters either get arrested or quit or disappear or die yadda yadda.. I come into the picture.. this seems to not be happening.
So frankly maintaining a casino inside a field of rocks becomes a burden if no one uses it. So were trying to make things break even. Though with this incident... im sure pressure got to him. I have administered an attitude adjustment. If he is ever a problem. Youve my blessing to kill him.

My priority with the congress is the black market. I have no loyalties to corps being i spent quite a long time working as a clinical psychiatrist for cryer and various military projects in the distant past before I wised up.
Corporatocracy is unsustainable and makes everyone a slave no matter how rich or powerful you are and to be truly free means you're a damned outlaw.. its my chief gripe. A gripe id rather settle with torpedos, but that's no the kind of group i run.
We make money on both sides of the blue line for the black markets benefit. That's the full extent of our dealings with any house corporation or government. Were between you and them to get what you need. Some parts of DSE understood that Since JT got sold out and.. well frankly they didn't lift a god damned finger I suppose all that's cheap.
So im making it clear we're not escorting or protecting these parasites anymore.
So to your questions.
1. They fill the station. thats it. love it or lump it. If their not doing that.. well. Warnings were made it's not a "safe" place.
2. Better not. Were low on manpower I need what congressmen are left to not be morons.
3. I feel responsible for this Ill pay whatever you feel is necessary. Please dont hesitate to kill him next time.
The rogues would just bully us and push us around till they get their point across. But i appreciate you.. utilising your mind and contacting me about this problem. I would prefer to have a close if not trustworthy relationship.

I understand the situation that the Congress is currently facing, so I will not push the issue further, Acting Arbiter. Regarding the compensation, I have a task for Vuk Farkas. Obviously, I don't want others to complete this task for him since that would defeat the purpose of him learning his lesson.
Your captain on his Salvager is tasked to take a load of counterfeit software from Leiden Base and move it to Arranmore Base in Dublin system. Then he will take gold back to Leiden. Once he completes that run twice, he will reply to this channel and provide evidence of his deliveries. Then I will consider that he has provided sufficient compensation for the issues that his actions created yesterday.
