A Request for a Right of Passage - Spectre - 06-17-2015

TO: Liberty Navy Primary Fleet Command
FROM: Herr Deiter Ulrich III, Free Fighter for the Colonies and Beyond
SUBJECT: Special Access to Liberty house space

Guten tag, men of the Liberty Navy,

I come to you on behalf of the free citizens of Sirius to formally request clearance throughout Liberty space. You may have heard my name on some boards throughout the colonies: The savior of the Ruuman-Yet, Scourge of the Hessians, and several others. But those are beside my point here.

Today, I was stopped by one of your Navy ships (not 'primary fleet') know to my scanners as the 'Reenao'. This ship, like some before, has informed me that Rheinland vessels, such as my aging Valkyrie 'Ehre', and my weapons are classed as illegal. I am fully aware of this fact, as there is a current conflict with my home colony of Rheinland, but I have moved past those differences, and I request a formal clearance to operate in your home of Liberty.

I understand the current fear of spies, and I respect that, but I am of no threat. I do not wish to sell information or sabotage your stations. I simply wish to aid you in your domestic conflict against your homeland enemies, your Liberty Rogues and Lane Hackers. I have already assisted in the destruction of Rogue forces with help from several pilots of your Libertonian Armed Forces, and I only seek to continue this path.

I only require a certificate of clearance to operate inside of the house of Liberty. And I can only do it with your help.

Bitte, Navy Primary Command. I have no doubt that with your duel fronted war you will take any ship you can to stop your in-house rivalries.

With innumerable thanks,
Deiter Ulrich III of Hamburg
