Future reports are likely to be more concise as further examination continues. Tech-08 was only equipped with a standard diagnostic suite at the time. All scans and samples have been submitted for analysis. All known incident sites have been flagged for future technicians' reference.) Scanners did not detect elevated levels of radiation, explosive gasses, or other immediate environmental hazards and Tech-08 was able to approach the gate without incident. Deployed gravity stabilizers at the site in accordance with standard maintenance safety protocol and initiated scans of the superstructure. Initial observations indicate the gate is severely misaligned along all three axes. However, frequent micro-shifts due to hyperspace fluctuations render precise position coordinates impossible without more advanced diagnostics. The gate appeared to be venting a substance from at least 15 major sites, distributed almost evenly across the gate, with only slight deviation. Examination of points of origin and preliminary analysis of substance indicates sites are primarily venting low-density coolant, with trace amounts of additional compounds. Due to high quantities of debris and possible traces of ordnance, Tech-08 could not determine whether sites were dedicated safety release valves functioning as intended or breaches in gate's exterior. Given composition and preliminary calculations using current rate of release, coolant may continue to vent for over a year, though highly likely to change over time. Samples collected for further analysis. Basic resonance and subsurface scans indicate structural integrity of the superstructure has been partially compromised, but the majority of casings around vital components are unaffected. Without advanced diagnostics, integrity is still estimated to be at around 90%, with the most significant damage at the gate's points of articulation located at the front end. Basic diagnostics indicate the primary cause is damage to the gate's servo-motors where shielding may have been most vulnerable. Extent of damage is highly varied due to the use of multiple energy weapon types and ordnance. Most commonly encountered incidents include penetration of exterior paneling; destruction of wiring ranging from partial to complete; and burning off of ultra-low friction coatings. Several exposed portions also exhibited large obstructing deposits of debris. In light of the potential hazard and the indeterminate length of the operation, I deployed a shielded external gravity stabilizer so future technicians may expedite maintenance safety protocols. Instructions from Ageira indicate maintaining the stabilizer should also slow the build-up process of the anomaly. I disengaged personal gravity stabilizers and departed from the site without further incident. [[End of report]]
