First of all, I apologize for the delay, but as you probably noticed, there was major political change in position of Rheinland kanzler so we had to wait for guidelines regarding this situation from new kanzlerin Neumann. However, as you probably know from her public inauguration speech, ceasefire offered by Liberty was accepted by the new Rheinland government under promised condition that The Republic of Liberty will defray the majority of the repair costs. Anyway, the new government decided to stay with originally planned event - unofficial informal meeting between envoy of Republic of Liberty and envoy which will represent Bundesrepublik Rheinland, before any official diplomatic meetings will take place.
