Subj: Supplies to Wichita Orbital R & D
To Whom it May Concern:
It has been brought to my attention that your organization is shipping supplies in to my facility in Kansas. I appreciate your efforts.
It has also been brought to my attention that you have been shipping in Hull Segments. Due to an oversight on my part, my Logistics department did not realize that we do not require those supplies at this time. This has since been corrected.
This is where the problem comes in. One of my Section Chiefs encountered your ships making the deliveries. When he informed them that no further orders of Hull Segments were desired, they got mouthy with him. He suggested that they check the base requisition list (F9), and they ignored him. He even offered to tell them where the supplies could be acquired.
While I appreciate your assistance in our endeavor, if you are not going to cooperate with our activities, I will be forced to deny docking rights. I am very willing to work with you, but I have no desire for difficulties, either on my station or with my crew.
