So I was thinking there should be more functions for profile changing like positioning that part of picture which you want as we have in skype

I use MSPaint for that purpose. Free addition to every Windows PC.

If you really need your profile pic to be resized and edited, you can ask someone from the community. People here can make amazing signatures, I'm sure they can also deal with avatars.

He's suggesting that a -function- should be added to the forum CP. So users could do that instead of using a third-party software. (nerd)

Nobody has suggested they don't understand that. The point is that this is a minor issue that is easily rectified without the need for valuable dev time to be spent on a solution when one already exists.
