Subject: Rochester No fire zone
Good afternoon gentlemen. I am contacting you in regards to a standing arrangement regarding the police forces of Liberty and the "No fire zone" of Rochester base.
Its been some time since we have communicated, and I apologize if I have overlooked an existing official channel for reports such as this one. The last one I was able to locate was dated 5 years old.
As you may have guessed we have a violator to report, that is a criminal vessel fled police into Rochester's no fire zone and then took shelter directly on the station. I will use the old form for this, again if you already have a channel established for reports such as this one, please direct me there. I apologize for missing it.

How is this coming, gentlemen? I haven't seen either of these subjects around recently so I'm going to assume you took some measures against them, this is good to see.
In any case I have another one for you. This one is known as "Weed.Thief", he engaged lawful forces in a large group even assisting in shooting down an LPI recruit. Afterwards he fled to take shelter on Rochester base. We believe he also has other aliases operating out of that base. It doesn't take a detective to figure this one out either, as his other known aliases are "Killer.Weed" and "Ducktorrr.Weed"

There is also another option we could discuss that might make these reports cross your desk much less frequently, if not eliminate the need for them altogether.

SpoilerWould you consider the possibility to granting the codes for automatic remote docking control for Rochester and Beaumont base to Primary fleet LPI officers? This would mean that we could manually deny docking remotely to anyone attempting to flee onto your stations. Of course this would come with obvious regulations, it would be used ONLY on pilots clearly breaking written liberty laws who are deliberately attempting to evade arrest. We already use this system on corporate and police/military bases throughout liberty. Also this would not be avaliable to the navy, LSF, or even secondary fleet LPI. Just an option to consider, as it would mean less paperwork for both of us.

Greetings JD Masket,
The earlier problem was dealt with. A vicious swarm of CSVs was unleashed upon the vessel in question, tearing their vessel to pieces in mere moments. That'll teach them.
The other vessels in question will be dealt with promptly. Looks like more people have been slipping through the exposed hull panels of Rochester again. I guess we'll chuck them back out, then patch up the outside of the base.
Unfortunately I'll have to inform you that we can't transfer docking control of the station to LPI officers. It's not that we won't, but that it is physically impossible you see. Control over the station is done via a small physical remote that is passed from generation to generation, it's essentially a Junker heirloom. We only have one copy, and it's so heavily encrypted that the frequency that controls the station administration cannot be duplicated. Well, it's not impossible, however it would take decades upon decades of trying to duplicate the remote and all it's functions. It would also be a costly process as the remote itself uses some very rare parts and materials, things which are considerably harder to obtain these days. To top it all of, the remote also makes use of a finger, eye, ear and foot scanner for extra security. Only a small few have access.
In short, no. Sorry.

Good afternoon, seems this is still a growing problem. I would like to inquire exactly what measures you have taken against these pilots, and if possible show evidence of it?
Also, we have more. It looks like cruiser class warships are now staging from Rochester base and launching attacks on fort bush and even Manhattan... This is a SERIOUS security risk and if the navy gets wind of this well, I don't think I need to tell you what might happen. I hope you can deal with these two swiftly. Califronia Blue is a confirmed repeat offender and even opened fire within range of Rochester base on LPI vessels causing serious damage.
