»STARTING MESSAGE«

Greetings Daimyo Nagahide,

I believe you remember me from a few nights ago, but allow me to re-introduce myself, I am Sapphire Raven, a Guildkeeper of the Core. I am here to represent the Core on a negotiable proposal to the Blood Dragons. But first, I should clearly clarify who we are - The Core.

The Core is a paramilitary entity operating primarily in the Omicrons and the Omegas - although we do spread influence throughout the Sirius Sector where needed - Our goal is to vanquish the Nomadic influence and to develop new technologies to benefit the uses for the better of humanity. We also intend to cease the Order's operations where possible, as they have deviated from their original goals. What was once a force of good for humanity has become a corrupt and paranoid organization committed on purging the Nomadic threat without realising the repercussion their actions have on bystanders, inadvertently harming them in the process of their actions. Like most people in Sirius, you may have heard of their recent fallout with the Zoners. Zoners are not in any shape or form related or connected to the Nomads, and yet the Order still bring affliction and neglect to them?

Now, to the point.

We have come to the conclusion that a Non Aggression Pact may be eligible and may benefit our factions, thus, we effectively propose that we put aside our differences and cooperate against the Nomadic threat, disavowing the Order's influence.

Why would we be suitable for a pact, you may wonder?

I'm sure you may remember the main points that I brought across from that night, but I shall list them again:

•We're more economically sustained and efficient.

Notice how the Order rely completely off of the resources from their 'allies'? As you mentioned - you don't know what they fully do with said resources, especially with smuggled resources they take from the people of Kusari, smuggling comes with a price, it's usually dangerous and may be lost, not to mention it may derive from your cause. This may benefit your people the most, as you can concentrate on your cause without much fear. A shame if such resources would go to waste. And unlike the Order - we have broader connections, we can get our sources independently or via trade with more stable connections.

•We have stronger connections

Of course, being more economically and strategically secure, The Core has more flexibility than The Order do. Our image and presence allows us to recruit more easily, as applicants can come from anywhere and be of any background, adding to our strength and giving us more freedom of operation.

•We stay true to our goals

We have no quarrels with the people of Kusari - we won't get in your way, as long as you don't get in our way. We wish to purge the Nomadic threat, perhaps even with your cooperation. The Order have strayed away too much, and thus we must take action before something bad happens. We wish to protect the people, therefore, we have no reason to have hostilies with your people. Honor always comes first, and serving for humanity is certainly the most noble of causes.

We can outline and exchange our terms later - but for now, are your people interested, Daimyo Nagahide?

Konnichiwa, miss Raven.

I have consulted with the Shogun and we are quite interested in the possibilities arising from such a deal.

I believe further arrangements for a proper meeting should have reached the Core by now, through secure transmission methods.

I do have one question from the Shogun. Who will be leading negotiations for the Core?

Ki wo tsukete,
Nagahide

Greetings, Miss Nagahide.

We have indeed received your secure transmission, and we do agree on the suggested time of event. As for who leads the negotations? I am merely just the advisor. Our Guildmaster Erik Nodtviet shall have the final say, meaning it is up to him. I hope that answers your query.
