Guten Tag, Sehr geehrter direktor Koch, Polizeidirektorin Laura Carsten hier. I´m sending you this message because polizei needs some help in certain issue. I contacted you as the highest rank but feel free to forward this to whoever you feel is best person to handle it.

Now to the issue. We recently received request from person named Jack Stivenson from the Palmer Research Station, who would like to have permission to fly Bustard class carrier in Rheinland and even more, he would like to equip it with Jump Drive MkIV and conduct jump trading.

I think it´s obvious that such permission is very delicate issue connected to house security, and thus I ordered to make full security clearance of this person. And we would like to know if Büro has any information about this person or said station.

I´m asking especially because when Herr Stivenson was asked by kommissar Laurich from administrative department to submit further information about himself and his station, he among other things submitted access to information channels which contained this...

I think I don´t have to explain further why we need more information about Herr Stivenson and his station and any intel you gathered would be helpful. We need to know if he can be trustworthy person.

In case you didn´t obtain any information, maybe it is time to start. Station which is manipulating with materials of nomad origin and working on development of hybrid weapons so close to Rheinland borders is something we should pay attention to for security reasons.

Sehr geehrte Frau Carsten,

While reading through your attachment, i stumbled upon an alarming fact which speaks against a jump permission in Rheinland. Experiments with nomad hybrid weapons... this made me chuckle somehow. Such things are unpredictable and can get out of control fast. Furthermore we don't know their customers, means, terrorist organizations could also benefit from their research, which is worrying.
I rummaged through our archives, but couldn't find anything regarding Jack Stivenson. The person you are looking for doesn't exist in our databases.

A team of agents has been dispatched, in order to bring light in this dark corner. Soon we will know more about Palmer, its customers and its administrator. This could take awhile, because we monitor their movement. The results of our investigation will be sent in this channel as soon as possible.
