Howdy there Mr Cong, I couldn't help but notice your interest in Swellendam Station. And I wondered if it would really suit your needs. Then I had an inspiration. We could lease you Em Exports for a lengthy period (effectively forever). It is already equipped to store gases as you know.
Whats in this for us. Well two things. Firstly you wont be needing Swellendam and we can pick it up for a song. Secondly we get to learn the basics of mining Helium from the masters, yourselves.
You get a well equipped foothold in Liberty in a prime site for your supply of Helium.

As a Sovereign State and a diplomatically friendly stance with the Liberty Corporations, it is with in great extension that the Gas Miners Guild promotes our wealth.
For that reason, I must decline your offer for and on behalf of the GMG's Board of Directors, as Swellingdam Incorporated shall be come a "Fuel" zone. We are not interested in the likes of Platinum ore which a few people are querying our purchase for.
It is with great interests that the GMG decline offers of sale or purchase on Swellingdam inc of Platinum ore should we become owners of the base. Within interests of Helium, we don't have any need in access of your stations Emlenton, however should you require extra equipment from ourselves regarding mining and the purchase of a GMG corporated ship, that you may use in lease of USI then please proceed with a request for this and we'll do our best to promote fuel sales in Liberty.
However, due to the auction of Swellingdam should Universal Shipping Inc wish to create or build another station next to it and use it for Platinum Exports then that can be something we'll work on. But unfortunately I must decline your request at this time. I hope you understand.
