Dear leadership of Samura
I do believe that we should cut out completely from what Liberty can offer and counter Kishiro project with something that could be pretty useful. We are pretty aware of the colonization effort which have proven any close-orbit instalation, such as a docking ring, impossible to be constructed.
In short, Samura and the Kusari is in need of new type of vessel that would be not only able to take certain amount of cargo, but also be able of the planetfall without usage of the docking ring.
This also could be pretty useful for our friends in their certain doings.
