GMG|John,Porter and GMG|Ricky.Spanish have been sanctioned for:
Quote: 3.2 A player who was killed during a PvP fight in any form, must not enter the system where the fight took place or re-engage the attacker(s) for 2 hours from the time of their destruction, or until this/these ship(s) leave(s) the game.
Fairly clear rule, once dead you are dead in for two hours.
Consequences:
Standard Fine

I come here to apologize (GMG|Ricky.Spanish).
This happened when our base was under attack, and I died by the incoming fire when I was undocking. I thought it was ok to undock, since I wasn't entering the System, but already in it. I know it sounds silly. It was my bad. I shouldn't use my character altoghether.
In all honesty, I didn't even engage in fight, just in chat.
This is my first offense. What's the penalty for it?

Do I have to pay the fine (what's the amount?) to an admin or the amount will be taken from my character directly?

Fines have already been removed from ships in your account. Standard first offence is 50 million, just enough to encourage people to engage the rules without being totally crippling.

As the head of the GMG, please can the admins remove the GMG| tag from "GMG|John,Porter"
and any associated names with "John Porter" within.
