To the current CEO of Orbital Spa and Cruise, this is Captain Richard Wills of the L-584 Luxury class Liner Perth Rescue.
We have spent the last three Sirius years in the Omicron Theta system and have set a course back to the core systems. We had tried to make contact with the OSC command liner in Edinburgh but were unable to make contact on her standard channels.
As per deep space protocols, we are currently moored at Freeport 1 undergoing exterior and interior decontamination procedures.
Let it be noted that a year after her commission, the Perth Rescue's lower decks were converted to accommodate refugees and civilians from the, then, war torn world of Leeds. Medical bays and additional service areas replaced the finer avenues of the ship. The Perth-Rescue and her crew evacuated over 85,000 Britionian citizens and was able to provide food and medical supplies to the near by systems to assist in the relief efforts.
We wish to re-establish contact with OSC and assist where ever possible. We will also attempt to contact the Zoner medical coordinator to install a state-of-the-art medical ward to allow the Perth-Rescue to assist in medical emergencies as were the case on the Hawaii liner, if you can recall, some years ago.

Greetings Captain Willis, I hope this message finds you in good health.
Unfortunately your tour beyond House space has put you somewhat behind the times, which would explain the note on the Perth Rescue's file registering it Missing Presumed Lost, dated two years previous.
I'm afraid much has changed since your departure Captain, the Shetland to which you were attempting to contact left the Edinburgh system in response to the Gallic invasion of Bretonia, she has since been operating as a hospital ship in service to the BAF after sustaining serious damage during the escape into Newcastle. According to what records remain of the previous administration, several attempts were made to reach the Perth Rescue shortly after the Shetland's retreat, obviously without success.
Naturally the next of kin was informed of the potential loss of the Perth which may make your return home a more complicated affair than first imagined.
All things aside, OSC| would be delighted to add your name to our Humanitarian Aid Department roster and perhaps include your vessel in our ongoing partnership with Tinker & Transport moving passengers and refugees, the details of which would be better explained by the group themselves once the introductions are made.

Mr. Pines, it is indeed a privilege to meet your acquaintance Mr. Chairman.
And yes, a lot has transpired on our end and for the time being, there is not much to say other than we had little choice. as the aforementioned Gallic invasion was one of the several reasons we had to leave the core worlds.
Now it seems the Perth-Rescue is needed now more than ever. I will have my communications officer contact the Tinker & Transport as soon as we reach New London space.
Our decontamination procedures have been completed and we putting it under way now.
