I would like to inform you that during my recent... mission I was able to retrieve some... prototype weapons. Well, since I am not going to use them, I thought I will offer these weapons to your... group. I must admit, they are not in a good shape, but I am sure your engineers will be able to repair them... or at least salvage some useful... components. In our position we can not afford to waste any kind of... resources right? I am sure you would find a good use for them.

First of all, I do not think we had the chance to meet each other in space nor on Akabat. If any member of my Cell had made contact with you, I guess they missed on the opportunity to report this further. Either way, I am always glad to meet more of the fine men that fight for the justly cause.

Now, to the purpose of this transmission. Well, I must say I am a bit intrigued by your act of good will. So intrigued that I find myself forced to ask some questions. Do not get me wrong, I appreciate the gesture and I am glad to accept it.

Firstly, I would be interested to know on what kind of mission you happen to get your hands on these 'prototypes' ? That is if it's not something my organization should not know of. From your message, you sound rather reluctant in your claims about the mission and the weapons.

Secondly, the provenience of the weapons is another question. Given the types of weapons, could any more salvageable or acquirable tech be available? If that is the case, I would be interested in the location of such.

Thirdly, I am interested on what you get out of this? I am not so naive to think one would give anything for free without having anything to gain. I get you do not want material benefits, but what else would you like in compensation?

Now that all my questions are out in the open, I can safely say our cell is able to meet you, in person, in any location and at any hour of your choosing.

Yes, Mister Orack... you are right indeed. We have not met... yet. It is my goal not to attract any attention at this time. The past few days have been.... difficult for me. However I was able to get some information about your.... group and managed to contact you.... safely. I think I have met some of your agents before, but fortunately it seems I was not... noticeable enough for them to... report any of my activities.

Now to your questions... I am afraid that I can not provide any essential information about my... mission. Only that it was an important step towards my upcoming research and a... life goal. Please do not take this personally, but as I said... I am in a difficult situation right now. Unfortunately it is not my goal to search for these types of... prototypes. I was just fortunate enough to... salvage them. However if I manage to... retrieve more of these weapons, I will... give them to your agents.

No matter how.... weird this may sound, I do not expect any... reparations. I can not just sell them to a... random dealer, without atracting unwanted attention, and keeping them inside my cargo bay is way too dangerous. I do not want these weapons to fall into the wrong hands, in case my ship is... captured or destroyed.

I will send you the exact information about the... handover later this week... In case you are still interested after hearing my... story.
And please, try not to attract any unnecessary attention.

Though I must confess the answers you gave are elusive to say the least. However, you have your own reasons and can I understand that.

Concerning the handover, I will watch closely this channel for any further information. Once date and place settled, I will take the liberty to send a patrol to meet you and retrieve the cargo. As payment is not required, I do not see anything else needing clarification.
