Is everything alright? We were used to ricevere Maltese support and welcome Maltese on our bases. But very few of them are staying with us full time. The transport with your paraphernalia will arrive tomorrow. I'm sorry, but we cannot provide you with large and swanky apartment as you used to have on Malta. Some inconveniences is the sacrifice which every sister have to bring to achieve our common goal. No one can stay out of it, even the first sister. And it is only makes us stronger, I know that Maltese used to think differently. Our reality is different from Maltese reality and it doesen't matter how close we are.

Please do tell if you will need any kind of help, I'll do anythings that is possible. I don't think you will have any difficults with communicating or will face the language barrier. Most of the sisters are well educated people and used to know English or Italian, but I would suggest you to gradually learn Japanese. Also I bet as the Maltese you will be pretty popular inside the sisterhood, many young sisters are 'fans' of Malta and everything that is connected with it, I guess it will pass with some time. So I think you will probably be an object of increased iterest. "

I am just fine, your sisters seem to accept my being here very easily. I got shown around and my questions were answered. Though you are right that this is not comparable to my house on Malta, I know that it is a necessity. It will change when we reach the sisterhoods goals. I will have to get used to the language though. I knew some basics but it is so very different from the language we speak at home.

But when I need something I will ask you, thanks for offering. I experienced that fandom already, it is quite charming actually. For some Malta seems to be some mythical place. I guess being able to just breathe cardamine everywhere must sound like freedom to some. It makes me feel accepted if nothing else. I am quite surprised how easy you accepted me.

Thanks for checking up on me. Gave me an excuse to escape that one girl that kept asking about Malta as if she wrote an encyclopedia entry.

“ I'm really glad to hear that your adaptation is going well. I understand how hard to Maltese to stay out of Malta for long even if there is enough Cardamine. We have no problems with supplies as you can see, but it is rather mental binding with your home Planet. So we will try to create the most comfortable ambiance for you, the question is how successful they will be. Any of our sisters have lots of duties, but I guess you can expect for some sort of vacations to visit your home. Besides you can join our convoys, they are circulating betweem Malta and our bases all the time.

Speaking of our young sisters, please don't turn them away. Yes we know sins and let's say dark side of the Malta. But they are projecting all nice and bright of their souls on Malta. Many of them are visited it and saw the reality, but they keep dreaming. Older sisters are losing this state of dreaming at some point, but gaining wisdom and facing reality no matter how cruel or ugly it is. But and here is very important thing, despite it older sisters are not losing ideals which is wondering me. So... please, don't dissapointing them, the time will come and reality will ram them, sadly there is no other way. "

I am of course going to miss home, I am not such a delusional person to say that I wouldn't. I guess I will take up that offer with the convoys even when they don't need their escorts at times.

I told you I find your younger sisters approach quite charming. The way they approach me without the usual caution is... refreshing. Even though it might get tedious at times I can keep up with it. No problem. As long as the stories of orange grass and mystical spirits are enough I guess I will manage. Although it truly wonders me that there are so very young women around here. But I guess... that is tied to the job.
