Considering state of neutrality between our two peoples, and the fact that your people have never troubled a Bowex shipment since the neutrality agreement, the Board of Directors has decided that it is time to pursue friendly trade with your people.
We do recognize that any agreement we come to would require the utmost in discretion on both sides, as our respective allies may not approve of such an agreement. To this end, we will not use our largest, most conspicious transports for runs to Malta. In addition, we will not carry Cardimine, as a hold full of Cardimine clearly indicates trade with Malta.

First I would like to apologize for the delay in our response, The Council has been very busy as of late with current political issues before us. Now as for your proposed Trade Agreement.
The Outcast Nation is always in need of supplies & equipment that we can not produce on Malta or any of our held bases & planets. Therefore we always welcome neutral & independent trade ships with goods for our use & we pay a fair price for them. We also understand your wishes to remain 'anonymous' in any agreement to keep your neutrality safe & we can honor that arrangement.
We do however have a question, What items would your ships carry out of Omicron Alpha to make profit with if not Cardamine? Not that this would be a problem, we just have a curiosity as to why you would bring freight to Malta & not be able to make any profits leaving our space.
Only other matter that would be a condition of us allowing your ships safe & open access to Omicron Alpha & the docking facilities at Malta would be compliance with our laws.

We at Borderworld Exports appreciate your response, and understand the reasons behind the delay. These are diffucult times for all of us, as both of our great nations are embroiled in wars for our very survival.
We are pleased that you have agreed to our Trade proposal. We are also pleased that you will honor our request for discretion. We assure you that we will protect your neutrality as well. While we are well aware of the expense of returning to Bretonia empty handed, we do believe that doing business with you is a worthy investment of our time and credits. In the future, I hope that our agreement can encourage diversity in your economy, which can only strengthen both our houses. Greetings. ::Looks around:: I am not sure how many of you wish to see me dead, nor do I care about that. I am here to make a simple offer.
As a fellow Outcast, scorned or not, I come humbly to ask that we all come to an aggreement for peace, among ourselves. I tire of killing my own people. Being hunted and persecuted. In the end it helps only our enemy. I know that in the recent past members of my Squadron have made fools of themselves and the Raven name. I am working day and night to fix this. However, we are still Outcasts, and our loyalties lay there. We have sent pilots to assist when the Corsairs have attacked Alpha more than once, as a show of this loyalty. Also as it is the duty of EVERY ::smashes a fist on a table:: Outcast to protect Alpha from invasion, whether we are welcome or not.
The original reason we Ravens were chased from Alpha is a mystery to many of us, myself included. There is only the lore handed down by our pilots, and the animosity we receive upon reaching Eta and beyond. I know, ::holds up hands, as if defending himself:: some of our practices are frowned on, even sneered at. Do you think that anyone is perfect? No. We are all Outcasts.
I ask that you overlook our differences, and focus on our similarities. For example the desire to destroy the Corsairs, or spread the enlightenment of Cardimine. Let the fighting stop among us all. We are all of the same people. There is not enough of us to begin with. And a slow process it is to replace our lost pilots. Uselessly wasting them against each other will get us no where. Together, however. We make our union stronger.
It is with this in mind I come before you. Out of respect, and an honest desire to live in peace among my own people. I ask, Will you let the past float away into exactly that? The past? Or must we constantly fight each other as well as our enemies?
I look forward to a day when we can all sit and dine together. I will be awaiting the responce of the Council. For better or worse, I've tried.

I speak on behalf of the Council of Dons when I say we are glad that you and your men have come to your senses. Not all I have to say here is filled with hugs and kisses my friend. No infact there will be some rules layed down before we are going to grant you your wish.
To start the ball rolling my friend I have heard that you have been attacking BAF forces. This my friend is unacceptable we have a certain "agreement" with those crumpet munching Bretonians. In exchange for giving the Corsairs and Kusarians a hard time, they do not touch our forces in Bretonian space. Now I hope you realise what consequences could lay out before us if you are to continue your hostility with these men and women.
And while we are on the subject of Bretonia, might I add you are not to touch ANY Bowex Transports of any kind, we have just struck a deal with those little puppets so that they bring us some much wanted supplies. Do not hinder these plans, Ravens.
Now I hear you have a little "neutrality" with those Colonial filth, Again my friends this is unacceptable.. Many of our brothers have fallen to these outsiders. They are not welcome in our space, nor are they worthy of being our friends. They shall die a slow and miserable death, and I would expect you to fight for your brothers and destroy the vermin.
And last but not least I am sure, We will expect you to follow the law of Alpha. Those who break the law are no better than the Colonial and Corsair vermin that plague our space, again do not betray our wishes my friends or I'm sure a much more unwanted outcome will come of this.

I am a humble transporter of goods and one of my main ports of call is malta whilst carrying a mix of required goods. During my last visit to your beautiful paradise of malta I was contacted by the captain of the [RA]Classic that I should change my IFF(Kruger). As I told the man my IFF is my cover, without it I would not be able to visit your planet with the loads you need.
After undocking and setting course to the omicron beta Jump hole he tried to kill me and my crew of 5! He fired multiple shots, launched multiple cruise disrupter and so on. Luckily I was able to outmanoeuvre him and continue on my way with my load of Cardamine, back to the masses of liberty.
I hope you will call this captain to order!
