We want to establish a new facility in the Hallam Nebula, Pennsylvania. It is planned to serve as a free docking port to all miners, and will be an falling back point for them against enemies of the Government.
Base will be run by a team of well-qualified people chosen by Deep Space Engineering and Gas Miners Guild.We believe this settlement can start a new trading route between Sigma Worlds and Liberty.Also it will be an opportunity for us to import our mining goods.
We believe mining can be brought back to Liberty and we are willing to do whatever it takes for it.
