Guten Tag, Sehr gehrteer representative of Liberty Police. My name is Laura Carsten and I´m polizeidirektorin of the Rheinland Federal Polizei.

This message is probably surprise for you as our two organizations didn´t communicate with each other for years because of war. But wartime is over so it´s time to start rebuilding burned bridges, so to say, and this is good opportunity to start with it in my opinion due to fact that cardamine smuggling is something both of our houses don´t tolerate.

I´m contacting you to verify explanation about case of cardamine smuggling executed by ships of Junker Congress. According to their representative, the ships removed cargo from original smugglers in Hamburg system and then continued to Liberty to hand it over to authorities under supervision of your officer. While this is completely wrong procedure which violated two paragraphs of Rheinland laws and will definitely cost Congress several million of credits, polizei need to verify their assertion to be sure that it is just ingnorance and stupidity what is involved in this case, and not lies and faked evidence to cover that they sold the contraband for the profit in Liberty. I´m sure that in such case you would like to know about it.

Greetings and salutations Laura Carsten. My name is Harold Ian McDunnough Lieutenant and lead Detective for the Liberty Police Incorporated. First let me say you are right. It has been a very long time since our groups have spoken. Still it is true times have changed and with the current ceasefire we can finally communicate peacefully once again. In response to the matter at hand I can indeed confirm the Junkers contacting us about intercepting an illegal cardamine shipment. Was surprising to say the least when I was contacted by the Congress. Initially I recommended they hand the contraband to Rhineland authorities. Regrettably the situation escalated rather quickly though when a suspicious ship arrived and began trying to extort the Junkers. While I cannot confirm that this Core operative was indeed asking for a bribe. I can confirm the ship was there when we arrived to escort the convoy to our contraband holding station. You should be happy to know the cardi was in fact destroyed properly and safely. Disposed of in a manner consistent with health and safety regulations.

Now with our communications reopened I hope we can begin working together in the near future. Coordinating and sharing information I am sure we will be able to effectively shut down more criminal activities in our houses. Plus prevent any miscommunications going forward.

Also, I agree that coordination is going to be very likely necessary. With relaxed trade embargo rules - which I personally expect to be lifted altogether soon - the trade between Liberty and Rheinland will be restored and I´m sure some criminals will try to use it for easier smuggling of contraband, what is something we are already preparing to.
