Where is the outcasts on your rep sheet of you talk about them in your write up?
are you sure order is friendly when you wrote that you dont want them fighting in kusari with outcasts?
and finally... Is this a faction responding to the rp incidences in game / from the BD| ?

That rep sheet is a simplistic one. Once we get moving a bit, it will be updated with a more defined one. For now, BD| is filed under 'other blood dragons' but marked in the faction as not to be bothered with at this point.

Outcasts are currently under neutral. for more clarity, see above post.
as to your last question, yes it is a bit of a response to RP going on ingame involving BD and others. We want to be able to offer an alternative, more kusari focused view and not getting tangled up in someone else's war
