The "because he hasn't done anything wrong yet" response may be tempting, but consider how many strikes Xion has against him from all the other servers out there.

Xion was banned from the Phoenix server for hacking, then returned and did it again under different names... We ended up having to go to an ISP ban. It could be a different person with the same name, but I doubt it; I think he used the same picture in his avatar there as well.

But has he done anything yet here? Or do you have proof that:
a) its the same person
b) of what he done in the other server.
Doesn't he deserve the benefit of the doubt? Even if you are right,
he will be banned on the spot forever if he even TRIES anything.
I don't know, I would suggest you either take it to the admins with proofs,
or just wait and see.

As you can see we only accuse those with sold evidence and we are rather friendly.
