Don`t know if this is the right board but it seems the best choice.
I have a question regarding the armor upgrades. can you install multiple upgrades in one ship? and is the armor enhancement factor accumulated?

U can mount only 1 upgrade.
If yours ship infocard shows, for example, 10000 ammo, and u use an upgrade with 2.0 factor (look the infocard of the upgrade), u have 20000 ammo now.

ok, thanks. that`s clear now. ran into 2 other "problems" though.
1 I have a merc id mounted but I`m still listed as police. liberty police keeps flashing in my status screen. how can I change this to mercenary? it looks rather strange and is definetly not right.
2 when I was looking for wrecks I noticed that a lot of wrecks had nothing in them. is it possible that someone else salvaged the items or should they always be there?

your tag is not affected by your ID, only by your reputation (failing missions is a solution against that)

(plus your character can only loot each wreck once, just like in SP)
And yeah, it gets mighty hard finding an unlooted wreck these days with so many players on!
