My Fellow Bretonians.
As of 15:30 Sirian Standard Time, by the authority granted me by Queen Carina the First, the system of Newcastle is placed upon LOCKDOWN to all Civilian traffic until FURTHER NOTICE.
This is to apply to all civilian vessels be in transit to the system from New London and all points found.
The exception to this is all Bretonian Civilian Defense and Militia vessels.
All civillian vessels recieving this order are to alter course or face repercussions ranging from fines to inprisonment if found violating Newcastle space.
This message will repeat every five minutes on all comm systems within Bretonia and surrounding systems under Bretonian control.

As admiral of the Newcastle forces and representative of the Admiralty board. I hare by lift the Newcastle lock down for civilian traffic. Civilian vessels are again permitted to enter the system and resume their operations.
However the old rules still apply, the upper part of the Barrier Ice cloud is a no fly zone for ALL VESSELS with the only exceptions of Bretonian armed forces and Bretonian Intelligence survice ships. Any unauthorised ships found in that area will be treated as hostile vessels and shot down !
