RE: Skorak's Characters and Feedback - Enkidu - 11-25-2018

We've made loads of RP relevant to the region and currently get white noise from our primary enemy in the area. We're currently at the point where we're trying to focus away from Bering because we're dissatisfied with the quality of encounters there.

I'm playing less in Bering because I find the idea of playing with the Separatists HC characters exhausting and un-fun. By contrast, I get great encounters out of the odd H snub player who just logs for fun. Don't think I'm just having this effect on you. The majority of UN is divided between a visceral dislike of Separatist interactions to the point where they want to kill every separatist ship they see wherever they are in the server or stay in Rheinland and pretend the Separatists don't exist on the premise that Harmony character interactions are just awful. I'm trying to stop this attitude, but it's an earned attitude.

I'd rather heal that divide. It's easier for me not to and for us to just keep ignoring each other. We can both keep doing this and create a more boring, more dead server for it. But I'd rather everyone is on the same character development page.

This doesn't really happen with any other characters we interact with. The problem is not me. The problem is how this all played out. Now the problem is that the characters who are left are ones who don't feel they have much authority to RP over it.

At this point, any RP around Bering is just self-serving.

Edit: I'm done here to avoid tbf, but will read responses.
