Re-add Core Bribe to Freeport 11 - Lythrilux - 01-13-2016
Alley added one to the FP, but it's gone again. I really urgently need it back to interact with older ships who have not been made with newer restarts. Also this time could it not be given out by a BHG NPC, and instead a Zoner NPC? That way people can get the bribe without having to get any other bribes.
