Firstly, i must say i am disappointed.
The lack of commitment i find is dreadful, where are the ships? where are the patrols?
No Wonder we are only a pest in the Navy's eyes... we hardly dent them.
I must say then, that if you do not start doing your duties then things will be done, i undestand you have other things to do aswell but if we don't start working for our rights then soon enough we will be no more.
Secondly, i must ask all GC independents to post in here:

This is for my knowledge to who is available, i wish to meet up with you.
The time has come to fight back, and start giving these Navy and Police Forces something to do.

I understand your concern sister, but my issue is not with our rank-and-file pilots. As you know, most of our active-duty pilots are a member of Ai Takeda's wing. That wing makes up the majority of our military strength. However, in these past few weeks I have seen less and less from them, and you as well. Time and again my three pilots and I have been the sole Chrysanthemum ships flying in Kusari, and have had to keep New Tokyo, Hokkaido, and Kyushu under control. Occasionally we have received help from our Blood Dragon brothers of the NovaPG wing, but of your wing, I have only seen and flown with Ayame Matsumado, who has been of great assistance. However, she is the only one. The other pilots of your wing are not actively piloting, and many of them are in need of more extensive training excersizes. Three bombers should easily destroy a Kusari Battleship, yet out of three bombers, only the Kiretsu one was able to survive the fight and escape to Tau-65 after both of the other ones were destroyed, and quickly too.
I would be happy to include any of your pilots in our raiding groups, or to aid them if ever they were attacked, as well as any training they wish for. But getting your pilots into their ships and out interdicting Kusari's supply lines is priority. We four Kiretsu can't interdict all the traders in Kusari by ourselves, while fighting off KNF, AFA, and CR at the same time.
I do not believe it is our 'independant' pilots that need the most improvement. There are very few of them anyway.
