I did have skin cancer but it was a misdiagnosis, it was just an oversized mole. Now I would like to take the time to talk about my cancer but just to clarify I don't have cancer.

Yeah, filters for silly things like this is pretty dumb. Had it actually ruin the backstory I made for a character when I applied to a faction once and pretty much needed to change up the character's history because of the "bad" filter >.>
