So me and a few of my friends from RP want to make a sort of combat simulator using states much like S.P.E.C.I.A.L from Fallout. The stats used from that would be:

Strength: How strong the attack was
Perception: Accuracy of attack
Endurance: Hit points
Agility: Chance to dodge
Luck: Chance for critical hit

https://scratch.mit.edu/projects/21094738/ I found this program to be somewhat similar, however it is missing a Luck statistic, and you can't change the stats mid battle. Also would like to add the abillity to have multiple charachters fighting each other at the time so for 2v1, 2v2 battles etc. The ability to put the names of the charachters in would be a bonus as well.

Oh there's also credits for whoever makes the best one.

You might want to consider offering more than credits.

Ah wasn't sure if trading real life currency was allowed on forums. Well got 2 responses so far anyways. I'm not one for exchanging monies online but I wouldn't mind giving someone a steam or Amazon money code. Prices negotiable of course.

I highly do not recommend to deal with real money, and if you do, only when the product is delivered and you have seen it with your own eyes as fully functional. Not to sound like a dick but so far the "programmers" I got to meet on this forum were newbies aside of one and that usually doesn't end well when monies enter the game.

To clarify, I was suggesting you offer payment after the work is completed, not before.
