I'm contacting you today for two queries. One being a delivery request, another being a commercial inquiry.

Starting off with the request.

We have a vessel that is in dire need of supplies to continue with its repairs, and those repairs are being hosted by the Hellfire Legion in Vespucci. As you can imagine, this is causing difficulties in the logistics side of the plans. This is amongst the reason why I reached out to the IMG, along with your group being reputable and /godly/ coordinated. I have already contacted the Lord Commander and he has agreed to give the IMG entry passes for the allocated job, should you accept it. I also have been instructed to tell you that all deliveries are to be made to America Base.

Here is the delivery list:

Upon the behalf of me and my Battlegroup, we offer $200,000,000 for the assistance. The instalment is paid in parts, the first half of the payment will be wired when 50% (30,000 units) of the resources is delivered. Evidence to keep track of the deliveries is mandatory.

Additionally, our group also would like to inquire what would be required in order to obtain three IMGF-15A "Nanda Devi" Bombers - as we wish to expand our defensive wing, due to the increase of hostile capital vessel activities.

Hello my friend,

Due to the nature of your message, I will be responsible to address it. My name is Alan Smith and I am a Guild Master of the IMG. Firstly I need to express my curiosity about which ship requires such a massive number of quantities just for repairs. Are you sure it is just for one vessel? Anyway, as for your request, our knowledge about Vespucci system is scarce and no records of "America Base" exist in our databases. Most importantly, it is a system held by the Hellfire Legion. Moving that number of quantities will take time and with the war looming around, even more. So the chances of getting caught dealing with Hellfire are too high. As you can realize this is something which we cannot afford to do because of the political fallout.

However Sapphire I have a counter-offer to make. Why don't you move your vessel(s) to one of our shipyards? We will bring the cargo there and our engineers will do the repair job for free so you will only need to pay for the cargo transportation. I don't know the capabilities of America but I am certain our shipyards have more manpower and tools to make the repair work way more efficient.

If you have a different idea please let me know as long as it does not involve Hellfire Legion or Vespucci system, this is non-negotiable. Our willingness to help you, I believe, is obvious.

Regarding your commercial inquiry, since you are a successful contractor in our Bounty Board, I believe you more than deserve to obtain three of our heavy bombers. However I would first like to ask you how you intend to use those ships and in which systems are you going to operate them in. As you might have already guessed, this inquiry is made in order to prevent any diplomatic issues which may be caused while using them.

Greetings Guildmaster Smith.

Concerning the repairs - yes - it is for one of our vessels, which is our current home vessel. Unfortunately, concerning your counter-request, I'm going to have to deny it - as it will cause even more problems during transition, internal combustion in the reactor from dense activity, etc. Another reason is because of distance, and we almost risked the entire ship's destruction from an Outcast ambush that occured in Kansas, a back door to Vespucci.

Anyway.

Concerning the bombers, these vessels will primarily be put on defensive duty, protecting said vessel that was in need of repair - and who knows who'll attack it. And should a scenario occur where the Nomads or the Outcasts will be attacking with heavier assets in a region, then the assets will be deployed out to deal with them. Other hostiles may include Corsairs or other generic bandits, such as slavers or Rogues.

It's within our interest to expand operations in the Taus to assist against the Maltese, but for now, we're concentrating on other internal matters. We apologise for the lack of operatives in the Tau region.

Actually the Guild possesses a number of Movers which can drag your vessel without the need to start its engines. Should you change your mind please let me know.

As for the purchase request of three (3) Nanda Devi heavy bombers, it is granted on the condition that you only use those vessels against organizations which have shown aggression against the Independent Miners Guild in the recent past. For your clarification the eligible targets are listed below.

Concerning the repairs of the vessel, we have already found a simpler solution and thus have used that in place of your offer but I am thankful for the proposal. Sorry about that.

Additionally, concerning the bombers, we accept those terms. For future record, you should find the vessels baring the Basilisk identifer for the wing it is assigned to. Expect operations in the Taus against the Outcasts in the future.
