Admiral Golanski,

I believe by now, the name of our organization has reached your ears, in the form of a communication sent by one of our vessels, the Warhammer. I was hesitant at first, to contact the Order, due to the nature of your organization being viewed as "terrorists" by the Houses and general populace. This is the first hole, as a direct connection with your organization, despite their noble efforts in combat against the Nomads and their thralls, is a risk to the security of my fleet. However, both you and I share a similar goal, being the prevention of the destruction of our species, and the risk their technology poses to humanity.

Even so, after a certain situation in Baffin some time ago, I personally find myself unable to trust you and those who serve you. That is the second hole. From my point of view, you are... Unpredictable, in your actions. You offer one hand, and arm the other. Smart, but devious. This type of behavior is a major risk in this line of work. Espionage isn't something I resort to with potential allies, unlike my predecessor. We are a nonpartisan organization, leaving no ties to any nation on a personal or political level.

I am unsure as to what I expect from this. In fact, I could be expecting nothing, as I have only made you aware of our existence beyond name, but now by insignia and word. For now, we've seen you as a neutral party. However, cooperation furthers mutual goals, and hopefully, we can work around the general and personal issues we have with the Order.

To Joshua Hunt, whatever you are currently representing. Trust is a concept that to work, must extend both ways and it is completely obvious that you have none to me. Your attempt, at first glance serves self preservance against group you have correctly judged dangerous by nature. Coming to us, claiming what House governments brand us, despite your apparent lack of connection to any of the nations of Sirius. It's a lovely way to begin conversation, strike one.

You are misjudging nature of your own work if you claim that it is entirely within sphere of possibility to tackle Nomad threat within and past the borders without gaining ire of likes akin LSF. Change always has opposition, it being both curse and blessing to be seen as a threat by the others - it means you accomplished something worth noting. You have never truly experienced what we do, still fitting under the radar with your supporters. Do you honestly believe, that you can satisfy needs of all primary houses that are innately opposed to one another? It's ideological approach to cling to, fallible and common to the new even among The Order. Governments are all about control. We serve humanity as a whole, not particular nations - and by acting beyond their scope we're naturally their enemies by extension of perfectly pure human greed and lust no matter whether change we bring is beneficial or detrimental to them. Strike two.

The need of keeping Nomad technology from use to further interests of individual is something you claim to follow as well. I cannot see it being true, if you insist on defending those who ought to use this very technology to upset the balance. TAZ, by itself a cult worshiping chaos, has not once but twice provoked Gallic aggression towards Zoners. With them possessing access to so called "holy motor", shield generating artifact by their own very words.

Grand Admiral Golanski,

My lack of trust stems from the exact incident you referenced, which I was present for. Of course, like all conflicts of this nature, information is often one-sided. To elaborate, when we arrived to aid the TAZ, it was their opinion of you and your actions that I base mistrust from. Not knowing your intentions, or reason for hostilities was not important to me at the time, due to a piece of technology they had which I was particularly interested in studying. Of course, that went no where.

To clarify, we dont have ties to any house, though the bulk of our people originate from Liberty. I don't aim to appease them, I don't want to work for them, I do, however, intend on maintaining a certain sense of neutrality, despite fickle relations after the... Aquisition of one of our vessels. However, we do have personal connections for information collection, which we utilize frequently, through proxy contacts or direct communication. Publicly showing relations with your organization as I stated before, is dangerous. No, I don't believe the Order are terrorists, yes, you're doing what you can for the betterment of our species.

We've actually been quite successful at keeping our counter-operations under wraps. Our low numbers, and vessel count make it quite easy to move and operate without drawing attention to ourselves. There are, instances where the bulk of our fleet was spotted, but we quickly relocate before hostilities can begin. This gives us the freedom to effectively blend our Operatives in with the public. Diplomacy and neutrality are a fickle thing.

You know, I have to thank you for bringing that statement forward to me. Why they wouldnt share that information is beyond me, however it's in the past, like many events that predate this attempt at contact. I don't claim to be a saint, or even a savior, but I for one believe that our survival as a species is at risk. I am open to cooperation, and with what you've given me here, I feel as though I understand your method and reasoning for past events. A small bit of my trust has been earned, and my personal opinion set aside for the better.

I apologize if I seemed unwilling to cooperate at first, but paranoia hits everyone. Perhaps, you might consider a meeting on your terms, to discuss differences and interests, the possibility of future cooperation, and our intentions.

I do apologize for the extended delay in my response following our meeting. It was an unavoidable situation, that has finally been rectified. Now that you've been made aware of our purpose, I see a bright future ahead for both The Order and The Initiative. Our goals align in a way, as both of us are driven to a cause that has plagued humanity for too long. The eradication of such a dangerous species is to many, an unfortunate price, but for the security of our species, well... It's us or them. We cannot afford to waste our resources, however. That is the paradox, you see. No matter how large we grow, we never have enough supplies. Several of our vessels are understaffed and require retraining, as well as rearming. Solidifying relations has become a major priority, and I have been doing such with both you and several other organizations.

This, however, poses a problem. Thus, I must ask two favors, one of which I believe should already be underway, as it is in regards to The Warhammer, an Interdictor II-Class Assault Battlecruiser which personally reached out and requested assistance. The other, is of a different nature. Our largest vessel, a Monument-Class Dreadnought which was procured through less than friendly means whilst I was incapacitated, is under-performing and under-crewed. This is a major issue, and it's one I hope you and the Overwatch can aid me with. Thus, I'd like to request access to Order space and assistance in retraining the crew of the Cincinnati. They're in need of much assistance, due to low morale since leaving Liberty space for good.

I do not know whether you perceive me blind or just stupid, but you must be the biggest fool if you thought that your most recent aggression against my own people in Omicron Delta, in plain range of Freeport 11's NFZ has evaded my attention. I do not know what your excuse is but frankly, for allying with Core against my own folk I cannot find any forgiveness to you. All that we have established is therefore considered null and void. Do not show your face around Omicrons ever again or we will deal with you in same way that traitors deserve.

I have no idea what you're talking about, nor do I see the merit behind this message. I have never fired upon your vessels. If you're referring to the incident yesterday, the only times my guns fired were upon two Marduks. I have not, nor do I have any intention of ever allying with the Core. So, unless you have evidence of me doing such, then I'd ask you re-evaluate your statement.

We're on the same side, Admiral. I don't shoot my friends.

Your affiliate, our "lovely" Raven have decided to toss her life back with those she initially betrayed to fight The Order. I may tolerate people being affiliated to some degree with less than reputable organizations across Sirius, however Core is something that we may never allow or permit. Having fought those abominations since the beginning, watching them murder civilians and laying siege to my planet leaves its mark, Hunt. You will either choose your allies with extraordinaire care or face our wrath.

Had your vessel not taken it upon its self to invade every individuals privacy, the outcome would be different. I have no positive feelings for the Core, knowing what they do, what they plan, having them shoot at me. They. Aren't. My. Friends. I hold my friends in high regard, as we all have a duty to uphold. You preach to me about choosing my associates wisely, threatening my friends with death, willing to toss away a valuable ally, over a misconstrued situation. Were you aware, that Raven was hired to assist? She did not do it for any reason but monetary gain. Hell, she broke off mid way through the fight, when a pair of Marduks appeared. However, your Osiris thought it was a better idea to return and fire on the Wraith, instead of the two colossal Nomads present.

You do not control me, or my actions. My associates are my own, and I do not take threats against my friends lightly. Rethink your outlook on this situation, over jumping to conclusions.

Co-operation is based around trust, Hunt.

Central Omicrons, for all intents and purposes are a warzone and The Order's living space. If your people engage against The Order over any reason, be it mercenary work or having your cargo scanned you have no place among the list of factions and individuals we would consider friends. Sapphire Raven is our sworn enemy and as far we understand it, both Auxesia and Aegis work very closely - even you two were present at the meeting together. You will forfeit any chances of good standing with us if this continues the way it does. Neither of you can bring my soldiers back to life, but we sure damn can avenge them. Your ex-Core Guildmaster is already marked for termination and it is your choice whether you will follow the suit or cut her off.
