You make a valid point on the extent of current facilities already pushed to their limit within Malta's space. After having much thought into such I have concluded that we should not put forth any effort unless we known several aspects can be completed.

If we can hybridize a combination of Gallic and Sirian hull plating, we might be able to create an alternative to assist in the completion of the La Triomphante and Grande Guillotine. But only if it can feasibly be done. Compensation for such would be simply tit for tat. Each plate for the Grande Guillotine and La Triompante made would mean two plates for the Crimson Cross to utilize for projects that could come out from their creation.

Armament wise. I can ponder about a bit to see what we can muster together from our combined efforts on all working turrets, cannons, etc. It may be a long process to reverse engineer them to full working order, but that would be up to you madamouiselle.
