KaninchenExpress: Kapitan's Log - Yak - 03-11-2016

...Data corrupted, recovering from archives

The following attachments are copies of the ship's communications and logs prior to my extended hospitalisation on Freital Base.

Large amounts of data were corrupted beyond recovery, but all available relevant data is attached.

It's been a while since I bothered to record in the kapitan's log, not that anyone is likely to view them while I'm alive!

There's not been much happening for the last few months, due to my incapacitated state. Now, I wouldn't want anyone getting the wrong idea, my crew are the best people a kapitan could hope to fly with... but really?!

Christian managed to put me in the Freital infirmary for about 6 months with a head-injury by... well you gotta laugh I suppose... tipping a crate of pharmaceutical supplies off the loader. So I'm out of action for all that time, all the crew has to do is drink bier and keep the ship in good condition.

So of course, what have they done? They let the data-circuits get damp, didn't they? IDIOTEN!

I've recovered as much of the data as possible from last year, but we're missing a lot. Well, stuff it, suppose it don't matter much anyway!

So, since I've been back up and about, things have been interesting. Brigadegeneral Stein has stepped down to give himself some time off the administrative duties that come with command. I've not had the pleasure of making contact with his successor, Brigadegeneral Anna Heinrich, as yet. But work for the RHA looks to be slow at the time being, as their outsourced job-board has been closed. Anyway, we'll continue moving the Hessian's diamonds out to Bretonia and Liberty as and when I feel it's suitable.

Our biggest business for the last few weeks has been the transport of food, alcohol and other consumable commodities, keeping up appearances and generally trying to stay squeaky clean in the eyes of the "law". We've also started a bit of contract work for the IMG. Their "Project: New Life" seems like a gut cause, and if we can turn a profit while working with them on it, even better!

Ok, I think I'm done here fur now.

- Kapitan Wolfgang Busch.

PS: If a member of the crew ever does read this, firstly, stop looking through my private stuff. Secondly, don't take the criticism to heart... too much!
