Dr Whitehall Since we both do remember about the things that made our plans a bit more complicated, I do think we reached the consensus regarding one of our test subjects, C71J. It is safe to assume that Charles will be used only for keeping up with precious genes pool and a comparative (living) test subject for sample C78F. All in all, we really need both, even thought C78F seems to express more intelligence than C71J - which represents too hasty actions in order to achieve goal. I cannot really deny his ways of interrogation and tortures are useful, but character of his is not as subtle as we wished to be. C78F is way more subtle, as a contrast to the other one. Good thing he surfaced sooner than later, so the research could be way easily continued. The raising tensions between C71J and C78F were noticed, since the former was in contact with his "brethen". I assume it was sort of jealousity caused by the fact he is not "the superior and perfect being" - his quotation however, we must sadly admit, is not true as we really would wish for. The yesterday's incident proved however that C78F is able to make quick but mathematically cold decisions, not sure if it is matter of induced instinct or there is something really remarkable about his way of reasoning. Loss of two marines which has been protecting and keeping an eye on him was a mere sacriface. However, such losses are just matter of easily replaceable human resources - some money would surely bring new volounteers from all places of Sirius. As for the subject C71J, we agreed he must be locked for some time. His usefulness was surfaced in case of sudden Blackwood's disappearance, but while "Charles" captured subject Z62I, it made more harm than good. This is unacceptable, especially when test subject Z62I was MIA to the self-made hero in a gunboat. For time being, vessel formerly belonging to C71J will be scrapped and turned into something more useful, since an OSC vessel in Freelance hands gives too much curiosity. The scrap will be useful in upgrading the former Blackwood Estate. Oh yes, as it comes for the estate, I would highly suggest to not to repeat the situation from past days. C78F expressed a huge lack of will to cooperate, as visible in our logs. I do believe loosening the leash would help. Why not to place him to there? The facility is still intact and, as you truthfully pointed out, the cameras are still pretty operational. This would keep us up-to-date with C78F's doings. But that, I leave to your decision, Doctor. As for C71J, I made the preparations and now this subject is locked down - with all the guidelines I have surely fulfilled to the letter. First camera "malfunction" in his cell should happen today's night. Subject will surely learn soon enough what is price for the most utter insolence and failure. - Dr Joeffrey Moreau

I know that simply handing over C71J's ship to C78F would raise his suspicions even further thus I suggest that we land it prior or crash it prior to C78F arrival or at least, whilst employing a catspaw for the task someone whose usefulness ends the moment the ship touches the ground. A slave or a drunk from Barrier or Trafalgar should be sufficient. As for the marines do what you wish but I would but if any show some intellect please do direct them to me, I may have other uses for them. - Dr Werner Whitehall

Dr Whitehall As directed, the former ship of our dearest Charles crashed against a planet. The official version is that ship was pulled in by greater gravity of Cambridge's Gas Giant with any possibility to regain even the wreck of the ship being impossible and way beyond costs issued by BPA. Such a tragedy, is not it? As for its captain, C71J was introduced to prison guards, which welcomed him pretty warmly, especially at first night. You asked me about some documents regarding the other subject. I will surely patch them alongside the other information regarding the research. First one is the document you asked, the other three are put to save you some time in searching them. Quote:Number: Z62I Quote:Number: C71J Quote:Number: C78F Quote:Number: A83L Oh yes, it reminds me about yet another thing. C78F was naughty again. You should do the direct intervention, since we both remember what happened to both "guardsmen" which threatened him. Take a stun baton, just in case. - Dr Joeffrey Moreau

Dr Whitehall Subject C78F has been found drifting in Tau-23 System after fatal battle between mixed Crayterian/Council forces and Gallic Royal Navy. It took us some time to recover specimen from the wrecked Manta, but we had to amputate left leg down the knee. It suffers minor body damage and strong headache, but aside of these - the specimen is stable and mental capabilities were not lost. It has been moved to clinic on Cambridge and I will keep an eye on its recovery. I know you gave it too much freedom in choosing its career, even if we were tracking him down. You know my opinion; We cannot afford risking loss of A+ specimen, but it is your call what to do now. - Dr Joeffrey Moreau

Dr Whitehall Subject C78F will be sent to you shortly. You should contact me in case of additional doses of his medicine, which should keep 'it' in place. The medicine works just for 12 hours and partially dulls disobedience of the target, so two injections a day should do. The mental capabilities are not faltered during time of effect, but once applicated, subject is very obedient and does not cause any trouble. C78F should arrive with fourteen doses, meaning it will last for a week. I also send the additional expertise after leg amputation and proper prostethic replacement; Titanium should do, with thin Platinium layering for... eye-candy purposes.
